All products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of hand-finished jewellery, slight variations in finish, texture, or detail may occur and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where payment is not authorised or where pricing or product information contains an error.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.
4. Made-to-Order Items
Many of our pieces are made to order. Production times are estimates and may vary.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Shipping
Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewellery, all sales are final unless the item is faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence. If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse is not considered a fault.
7. Care & Responsibility
Jewellery should be handled with care. Exposure to water, chemicals, impact, or improper storage may cause damage.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper care or use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Core Labs London and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
