Returns Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-order we do not offer returns, unless the item is faulty. But we do understand that it can be tricky to get your ring size spot on, so we do offer exchanges on all of our rings. You can also use our size guide to measure any sizes, or purchase a ring sizer before ordering. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and do everything we can to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a description and photos of the issue. We will take a look and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
